Excellent World Foundation (EWF) is a registered Non-Governmental Organization, Non-Profit Making and Non-Partisan organization founded on 5 April 2004 and operational since 2006.

The organization is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with Registration Number RC 723049, the Delta State Ministry of Women Affairs, Social and Community Development, the Federal Ministry of Justice, the National Planning Commission, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), and enjoys Tax and VAT exemption granted by Nigerian Revenue Service (NRS). EWF also holds Consultative Status with the United Nations.

The Foundation was established following extensive research on youth restiveness and conflicts in the Niger Delta, leading to a commitment to promote peace, good governance, sustainable development and poverty reduction.

Today, EWF collaborates with governments, development partners, donor agencies, civil society organizations, educational institutions, faith-based organizations, corporate organizations, and local communities to implement impactful development programmes across Nigeria.Â
